Sophie, Jo and Sheena were great! Food was hot and tasted really good. Service was amazing. It’s nice to have a friendly, welcoming, pub in this day and age! Will definitely be back - 5 STARS!!!!

The best match of quality and affordability! We had a great evening, the food was exactly what we expected, (steak cooked perfectly) Our children received their food quickly and staff made an effort making sure they had everything they needed. The highlight of the night was when we told our waiter it was our anniversary and they brought out complimentary wine and chocolates! Would definitely return!

What a gem of a place, went Friday and Saturday, Friday was soooo busy but service was not lacking. Saturday was nice and quiet and service was just as good, Carl was pleasant , polite, even brought me a cup cake with a candle as it was my birthday, excellent service and the food was delicious, can't recommend the place Highley enough, all the waiters were very nice too, checking if you was happy with your food, if your planning to go pop into this place next to the premier inn. Will definitely be coming back.

Staying next door at the Premier Inn for business in midweek January 2020. I ate here twice as I’d taken the Premier Inn ‘meal deal’ option that included two-course evening meal and drink, and the full breakfast. Staff were very friendly from the outset, and although busy at both times the restaurant was clean. The food was good quality and fresh; the breakfast is a self-serve option and I couldn’t fault the offer, and the two-course evening meal had an impressive range of standard pub grub to choose from. I would recommend, and would certainly eat there if in the areas again.

Had a really lovely time here recently while meeting up with a friend for dinner. Great staff and really helpful and friendly. The food was delicious! Hot and tasty and exactly what we wanted. A nice cosy place to relax over dinner and drinks.

My husband and I decided to just pop in for lunch at the last minute. The welcome as we walked in was very warm and pleasant. The staff that brought us our meals were very friendly and polite.

Party of seven on Wednesday 19/03. Good value but there was a bit of a delay with food. However, when this was recognised by the staff they made every effort to expedite our order and ensure we had a pleasant meal. The gent serving us (whom I assume was a manager) was very personable and seemed to genuinely care about his customers. We would happily return in future.
